  I've been going there for years and it seemed like they charged me more for the same hairstyle every time I went. One time they had a girl who clearly didn't know how to do hair braiding and I had to say something. How can you have someone practicing on a client during business hours? Biggest issue? Since the last time I got braids done here, I now have a short patch of hair in the center of my head.
