  This is considered a Third Party store, which means they are limited to SALES questions - no support (technical or otherwise). Tried going here for help with my phone that keeps shutting off and losing signal - I was out in less than 30 seconds BECAUSE they were quick to tell me they can help me. The nearest Sprint "store" that offers support is in Union on Rte 22 or somewhere on Rte 46. A Verizon store just opened up near me, I might reconsider my current carrier.
